XP Inc – TechXPert Hackathon – Edition 02
Uma iniciativa organizada e liderada por Rubens Guimarães focada em promover a inovação e gerar impactos reais na comunidade através da tecnologia fomentando pilares de igualdade e colaboração multidisciplinar. A iniciativa do TechXPert surgiu a partir da necessidade de executivos C-level e profissionais de liderança entre XP Inc, Microsoft e eSeth (liderada por Rubens Guimarães) criarem um evento com programação distribuída em 15 dias com atividades entre mesas redondas entre áreas Tech x Executive, além do Hackathon realizado em 03 dias desafiando equipes de tecnologia da XP a resolverem problemas reais de Dados & IA com mentoria de executivos e convidados como Tania Cosentino, Presidente da Microsoft Brasil, Thiago Maffra, CEO da XP Inc e Julio Viana, Presidente do GitHub Brasil.
Além do impacto na XP Inc. mobilizando mais de 200 profissionais entre níveis de tecnologia e área de negócios, também gera impacto expressivo na comunidade. Além disto, mobiliza a área de negócios da Microsoft e parceiros convidados para o evento como Databricks e Avanade. An initiative organized and led by Rubens Guimarães focused on promoting innovation and generating real impacts on the community through technology, fostering pillars of equality and multidisciplinary collaboration. The TechXPert initiative arose from the need for C-level executives and leadership professionals from XP Inc, Microsoft and eSeth (led by Rubens Guimarães) to create an event with a schedule spread over 15 days with activities between round tables between Tech x Executive areas, in addition to the Hackathon held over 03 days challenging XP technology teams to solve real Data & AI problems with mentoring from executives and guests such as Tania Cosentino, President of Microsoft Brazil, Thiago Maffra, CEO of XP Inc and Julio Viana, President of GitHub Brazil.
In addition to the impact on XP Inc. In addition, it mobilizes the Microsoft business area and invited partners for the event such as Databricks and Avanade.
