Participation in the Microsoft Customer Connection Program, a Microsoft initiative designed to gather structured feedback from strategic customers and partners on products under active development and evolution. The program provided early access to roadmaps and upcoming capabilities, with contributions delivered directly to product teams through surveys and dedicated calls.

Feedback covered hands-on usage and adoption experiences across the following solutions:

  • Microsoft Security Copilot — insights on usability, investigation workflows, and integration within the security ecosystem
  • Azure AI Foundry — feedback on developer experience, agent orchestration, and generative AI capabilities
  • Microsoft Entra ID with AI — contributions on identity management, conditional access, and AI-driven security scenarios
  • Microsoft Priva — feedback on data privacy, compliance workflows, and administrator experience

A direct channel to contribute to Microsoft’s global product teams, connecting real-world implementation experience to the ongoing development of enterprise solutions.
